Bain’s Associate Consultant Intern (ACI) program is more than just an internship, it’s a springboard to your whole career. This internship program differs from our regular ACI program. It’s designed for women seeking to launch a global career and it’s jointly offered by our Brussels and Zurich offices. You will spend 6-10 weeks in each office and therefore get the chance to gain up to four months of consulting experience in one of the world’s leading management consulting firms. It’s an ideal opportunity for ambitious women who would like to experience the real world of consulting while getting insight into what a future at Bain could look like.
As an ACI your internship begins with a training. After training, you are immediately assigned to an active case. Your analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills as well as creative thinking and business management will be called upon from day one. You will be placed in the thick of the action as you work side by side with some of the best in the business. You are commonly responsible for data gathering and analysis, industry research, interviewing key clients, customers and suppliers, and presenting their findings to the team. Every day is different. In this role, you are exposed to a variety of business issues and quickly learn the fundamentals of Bain’s core tools.
ACIs benefit from the mentorship of Bain’s accomplished consulting staff and from our collegial office environment, in which you’ll forge close relationships with fellow ACIs from both offices. While the ACI program is a vigorous learning experience, ACIs also have the opportunity for enriching activities such as social events, meetings with Bain’s practice area leaders, access to Bain’s Women@Bain network, plus participation in tailored professional development and training programs.
This exclusive internship program, which we are launching besides our regular internship, is jointly offered by our Brussels and Zurich offices. You will spend 6-10 weeks in each office. In total, you will have the chance to gain up to four months of consulting experience within a semester in 2019.
This program is open for outstanding women studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a renowned university.
Please apply through your preferred home office by November 18th. The so-called home office is the office where you will have your interviews. To apply, you will need to submit your resume, a cover letter, transcripts and – if available – reference letters from your work experience.
Interviews will start end of November and run through December 7th.
